The Bible is full of examples of ordinary people who did extraorinary things because they believed God and exercised Faith in in His Word. Consider the two spies who gave a good report concerning the land of Canaan.

God said take the land, and they said, "We can do it."
10 men saw obstacles, 2 men saw possibilities.
God rewarded their faithfulness by letting them see the promised land.

If we finish this race, having gained God's approval, we will have gained it all. We can say with the apostle Paul:

II Tim. 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
